A silky mouth, with caressing tanins, all in subtletly reveal the Chambolle identity with an ever-lasting finish. A high-level Burgundy.

Les Sentiers is a fabulous plot and terroir, just below grand cru Bonnes Mares, towards Morey St Denis, at mid slope.
Hand picked. About 25% whole cluster. Traditional open wooden vats vinification. Barrel ageing with a high-level selection of oaks from the finest French forests.
