Tasting
Fine pale lemon colour. This has plenty of ripe fruit and flowers (rose, peony) evident from the start. The fruit continues beautifully across the palate, freshening up towards the back, with an excellent integration of fine-boned acidity and fruit right at the finish. Very persistent, this cuvée is always something special.
Food matching
Grilled lobster, cheese soufflé, veal roast, saint-nectaire cheese.
